Bu politika, KUPONGO mobil uygulamasi icin 6698 sayili KVKK ve GDPR esaslari dogrultusunda hazirlanmistir.

Uygulamayi kullanarak bu politikada belirtilen veri isleme faaliyetlerini kabul etmis sayilirsiniz.

This policy is prepared for the KUPONGO mobile app in line with KVKK (Law No. 6698) and GDPR principles.

By using the app, you acknowledge and accept the data processing activities described in this policy.

2. Toplanan Kisisel Veriler / Personal Data We Collect

  • Kimlik Verileri: e-posta, kullanici adi, telefon (opsiyonel)
  • Hesap Guvenligi: sifre hash'i, son giris bilgileri
  • Kullanim Verileri: uygulama etkileşimleri, analiz goruntulemeleri, favori takimlar, VIP durumu
  • Cihaz Verileri: cihaz modeli, isletim sistemi, push token
  • Identity Data: email, username, optional phone number
  • Account Security: password hash, recent sign-in information
  • Usage Data: in-app interactions, viewed analyses, favorite teams, VIP status
  • Device Data: device model, OS version, push notification token

3. Verilerin Islenme Amaclari / Purposes of Processing

Verileriniz su amaclarla islenir: hesap yonetimi, hizmet sunumu, VIP islemleri, bildirim gonderimi, teknik destek, guvenlik ve yasal yukumluluklerin yerine getirilmesi.

Hukuki dayanaklar: acik riza, sozlesmenin ifasi, hukuki yukumluluk, mesru menfaat.

Your data is processed for account management, service delivery, VIP operations, notifications, technical support, security, and legal compliance.

Legal bases: consent, contract performance, legal obligation, and legitimate interest.

4. Verilerin Saklanmasi ve Guvenligi / Data Retention and Security

  • Hesap verileri: hesap aktif oldugu surece + 2 yil
  • Islem kayitlari: 10 yil (yasal zorunluluk)
  • Kullanim verileri: 2 yil
  • Log kayitlari: 1 yil

Guvvenlik onlemleri: SSL/TLS sifreleme, guvenli bulut altyapisi, yetkilendirme, loglama ve duzenli guvenlik denetimleri.

  • Account data: while account is active + 2 years
  • Transaction records: 10 years (legal requirement)
  • Usage data: 2 years
  • Logs: 1 year

Security measures include SSL/TLS encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, access controls, logging, and periodic security reviews.

5. Verilerin Paylasimi / Data Sharing

Veriler, hizmetin sunulmasi veya yasal zorunluluk hallerinde sinirli olarak paylasilir:

  • Firebase (Google): veritabani ve kimlik dogrulama
  • OneSignal: push bildirim hizmetleri
  • Apple: odeme ve dagitim surecleri

Uygulama performansi, crash kayitlari ve anonim kullanim istatistikleri icin analitik servisleri kullanilabilir.

Analytics tools may be used for app performance, crash reporting, and aggregated anonymous statistics.

You can manage related permissions from device settings.

7. Cocuklarin Gizliligi / Children's Privacy

KUPONGO, 18 yas alti bireylere yonelik degildir. Bilerek cocuk verisi toplanmaz.

KUPONGO is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data.

8. Hesap Silme ve Veri Silme / Account and Data Deletion

Hesabinizi uygulama ici ayarlardan veya e-posta ile silebilirsiniz. Talepler 30 gun icinde isleme alinir.

You may request account deletion from in-app settings or via email. Requests are processed within 30 days.

9. Politika Degisiklikleri / Policy Changes

Politika zaman zaman guncellenebilir. Onemli degisiklikler uygulama ici duyurulur.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes are announced in-app.
